Happy New Year!
This year I’m going to be spending a good amount of time writing and recording for the HymnShare project of High Street Hymns. I started the project back in September of 2009 and it will run up until the fall this year. During that time I will be performing some though, so check back for updates on the main page.
Right now I’ve got two benefit concerts in the works, one for Haiti earthquake victims in Richmond, VA and the other for the Special Hope Network in Charlottesville, VA. Once I get the dates lined up I’ll be sure to announce the details here.
Last weekend, I had the privilege of playing at the Crozet Music Festival — perfect weather, great sound system and lots of really cool music fans. Put that together and good times are sure to be had. Next up I’m headed to Vienna, VA to play at Jammin Java with my good friends Tim Be Told. This should be a really great show and packed out we hope! If you’re in the NOVA area, please come out and bring a friend. I’ll be there with the full band and if you haven’t heard Tim Be Told, I highly recommend it. These guys are sure to make it big in the coming years, so this is a great chance to see them while they’re playing smaller venues. Also joining us will be Steph Modder!
Advance tickets can be found at Jammin Java’s website: http://jamminjava.com/home/events/tim-be-told1.
And if you’re a facebook person, please invite your friends out to the show using the event page: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=149039829267&ref=mf
